Misho Pro billing

Misho Pro is a paid subscription at $4.99 per month or $29.99 per year, billed through Paddle (our Merchant of Record). Core planning features on misho.day remain free without a subscription.

14-day trial

New Misho Pro subscriptions include a 14-day free trial. You can cancel during the trial and you will not be charged. Cancel from your Paddle customer portal or by emailing [email protected] before the trial ends.

How to cancel

You may cancel Misho Pro at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal. You keep Pro access until the end of the period you already paid for. To cancel: open the billing / manage subscription link from your Paddle receipt email, or email [email protected] from the address on your account.

Refunds

If you were charged in error, or you cancel and believe a refund is due, contact us within 14 days of the charge at [email protected]. We review refund requests in good faith. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle back to your original payment method; timing depends on your bank or card issuer.

We do not offer partial refunds for unused days within an already-started billing period after a voluntary cancel, except where required by law or where we decide a goodwill refund is appropriate.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback so we can help. Unresolved chargebacks may lead to account suspension.
